  Ryan was knowledgeable and very helpful answering all my questions and very patient whilst I chose the glass design … More and style of door. David visited my home to measure up and went through every fine detail with me to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
  Kev came along to fit the new door and he was very professional and friendly, paying great attention to detail, he was clean and tidy and obviously takes pride in his work.
  I am more than happy with my new door and thank everyone at Jade Windows for their help and professionalism throughout the process.

  We have just had our new triple-glazed windows fitted, and from the moment we walked into the showroom, the service has been nothing short of five-star.
  Ted welcomed us and provided plenty of information about … More the products without any pressure to take things further. We later booked a home visit at a time that suited us, and again the whole process was relaxed and completely pressure-free. Ted gave us all the time we needed to explore frame colours and window designs, making sure we felt confident in our choices.
  When David, the surveyor, came to finalise everything, he was fantastic. He went through our order with meticulous attention to detail, carefully reviewing the design we had chosen, the placement and number of openers, and ensuring everything was exactly right. A real credit to the company.
  The installation team were equally impressive. Over the two days of fitting, the three installers Billy, Matty and Rhys arrived promptly, got straight to work on the upstairs windows, and were professional throughout. They left everything spotless inside and out, completing the downstairs windows on day two. The finish is immaculate.
  Our new windows are absolutely gorgeous, and the quality is outstanding. We’re already looking forward to having our new doors fitted next month to complete the transformation of our home.
  Jade Windows is a must if you’re considering new windows. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough — outstanding service and an exceptional product from start to finish.

  Dave was prompt to visit and measure up, he explained the process fully and ensured that we knew what we needed for each window, advising on lintels on some.
  Matty and Billy arrived at a time convenient to us, parked considerately for our neighbours as we are a corner house, they were very polite, protected our floors and did the windows in the order that worked best for us.
  They worked excellently around our dog and he very happily slept while they did their work, they completed all of the work in just over 3 days, even though problems arose with our old house, very efficient and lovely lads who ensured everything was perfect before they left, would 100% recommend Jade and if Billy and Matty are your fitters youve dropped lucky

  - did not talk smack or try undermine other companies (like other quotes we got attempted to do)
  - one clear competitive price given without playing all the silly sales games other business tried to do.

  - the customer service team were great, quick responses and did what they said, made us feel secure with our order.

  - fitter showed up on time and completed the job to a high standard and was a pleasant chap, nothing to fault.

  - 4 of the windows and door are of great quality and we are already feeling the benefits
  1 window had a Knick in the beading which jade sent someone out to fix as soon as we made them aware, so no issues there.
  constructive criticism
  - the only thing i would say could be done better was the surveyor did not spot that one of the windows top openers would not be able to open very far due to a drain blocking it from opening, now i did not spot this either however i feel this should have been picked up by the surveyor. personally this was not an issue i would have pressed as i wouldn't see myself opening it anyway very often.
  overall i am very happy with their work and service :)

  I had a new entrance door fitted to day by Kev, he was clean, tidy and very professional throughout. He started off by putting down a large dust sheet in my hall way to protect my properties carpet. I went for the 3 mid square in chartwell … More green and I am over the moon with the end product. No more split warped door that wakes the kids on a night when coming and going and that shakes the whole house which the neighbours can probably hear. Nothing was too much trouble as I asked Kev before he left, if he could have a look/give me some advice on what I could do with a drafty patio door, so he whipped his tools back out and gave it a slight adjustment which has worked wonders, and I have noticed a difference to the temperature in my living room since, and its only been a few hours.
  Could not rate Jade and Kev highly enough. I have had a great experience throughout from everyone involved in the process from Ryan to Michelle to Kev. I would highly recommend Jade Windows and Doors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
